I just wanted to give everyone an update on the shipping dates.
All those who participated in the early shipping option have had their order shipped. 500+ Kinkajous have been sent across the world. :)
All other orders are queued up and waiting on my main shipment of Kinkajous to arrive at the distribution warehouse in Henderson Nevada. This shipment landed at LA port on the 14th. It was unloaded from the ship on the 15th and is currently in a queue to be x-rayed by customs. It’s been in this holding pattern for 5 days now, hopefully it won’t be much longer. As soon as it’s released, it will be trucked to Henderson Nevada (1 day trip) where it will be processed into inventory. Once this is complete all outstanding orders will be shipped.
Everyone will receive an email with a tracking number when their order ships.
I know it’s frustrating, especially for those who wanted to gift these for Christmas. I’ve been working diligently trying to speed things up but unfortunately some things are out of my hands. For those who were planning on giving these as gifts I’ve created this digital card below, you can print it out and give to the intended person. I know it’s not as good as the real thing but it’s my attempt to make the best out of a bad situation.
